Tri County Running Club

What: Make friends, train, and race this summer with some of the finest distance runners in the Central Coast of California with coaches from some of the top local runners and teams! The club is in its 15^th year!

Why: Get in shape, run some races, and have fun becoming a great runner.

When: The club meets 3 times a week from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM from June 16^th to August 1st, 2014. Mondays at Manzanita Park in Prunedale, Wednesdays at Toro Park in Salinas, and Fridays at Nisene Marks Park in Aptos. First day is Monday, June 16^th. Meet at Manzanita Park in Prunedale at 9:00 AM. There will be an afternoon session at San Benito HS in Hollister at 4:00 PM every M/W/F for those of you working or in summer school. You’ll need to arrange transportation to club practices. Call the coaches if you need a ride or have any questions.

Who: Elementary, junior high, high school, college, and open distance runners.

Extras: Join many of the club members on overnight campouts!!

The club also does an optional week-long high altitude camping training camp in Mammoth Lakes the week of August 4^th-August 8^th for $175.

In consideration of my acceptance into the club I, the undersigned, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators hereby waive, release and discharge any and all rights and claims for damages I may have or which hereafter accrue to me against the persons and organizations affiliated with the Tri County Running Club and their representatives, successors, and assignees for all injuries suffered by me while traveling to and from or in any way associated with my participation in the Tri County Running Club. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for participation in this club.
